Tecsis has been part of the WIKA Group since 1992. As a force measurement technology specialist within the group, Tecsis has production facilities on three continents.
It is a German company and is a manufacturer of pressure, loadcell and temperature control devices. Stainless pressure gauges, diaphragm pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pressure measurement and control devices for food industry, laboratory, test stations and pressure sensor, pressure transmitters, pressure switches, loadcell, weight measurement – temperature control, sensors thermocouples, PT100, resistance thermometers, inverters, transducers, manufactures. Load Pin

By virtue of their design, load pins from tecsis can be integrated directly in the flow of force, taking up very little space. For example, as a direct replacement of retaining bolts in fork bearings. Hence, load pins are the perfect solution for different geometries – even when upgrading existing structures.
Proven thin-film technology used in the so-called bolts plays its part in this.

Loadcells
Load Cells for Weighing and Fill Level Monitoring
Load cells are special force transducers for use in weighing systems. Calibration is done in gram (g), kilogram (kg) or tons (t). Internal glued on strain gauges convert the elastic deformation of a load cell into a proportional electric signal. This gravimetric measurement permits accuracies from 0,01% to 0,05% of F.S..
Characteristic load cell geometries are Compression Load Cells, Rocker-type Column Load Cells, S-type Load Cells, Bending and Shear Beam Load Cells, Single Point Load Cells. Classical applications are gravimetric fill level monitoring for containers and silos as well as single point weighing and weighing in process and metering facilities.
